How do I get a copy of my NZQA record for my application if I have lost it?

Documents/certificates can now be ordered online through a students login’s, where the payment can also be made if required at http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/.

They will need to know their National Student Number (NSN).

If they do not know their NSN or need assistance to use the facility, please advise them to contact our help desk directly with their details on (04) 802 3000 or by email on HelpDesk@nzqa.govt.nz for further assistance about retrieving their results.
